We welcome you to join us Saturday, December 10th at 6:30pm. Begin the evening with a welcome pour of our limited production sparkling wine and a perfect spot to enjoy festive fireworks overlooking picturesque Lake Chelan! An intimate food and wine experience featuring seasonally-driven cuisine, special library wines, and wonderful company will follow. Space is extremely limited!
First Course - House creamed herring with toasted hand-crafted rye and gooseberries - 2020 Riesling (Limited Release)
Second Course - Chilean seabass with wild rice-ginger brioche pudding, persimmons, and lemon verbena - 2014 Chardonnay
Third Course - Grilled local beef tongue with smoked cherry, Washington chanterelles and shallot marmelade - 20141 Cabernet Franc
Fourth Course - Roasted duck breast with red currants and potato confit - 2016 Mourvedre
Fifth Course - Holiday pudding with house candied fruits and spiced hot chocolate - 2015 Syrah
