Start the evening with a decadent five-course wine-paired dinner followed by a spectacular spot to watch fireworks at 9:00pm with a toast of our sparkling rose! Live music with Nic Allen will be playing all night long!
First Course - Duck Egg Royal served with caviar and house crème fraiche and accompanied with the 2021 Pinot Gris
Second Course - Foie Gras served with honey cake, chanterelles and apricots and accompanied with the 2021 Chardonnay
Third Course - Fresh scallops served with saffron risotto and crab fondue, and accompanied with the 2017 Mourvedre
Fourth Course - Confit duck served with flageolet bean ragout and local lamb sausage, and accompanied with the 2018 Cabernet Sauvignon
Fifth Course - Linzer Torte served with fresh whipped cream and hazelnut candy and accompanied with the 2016 Syrah
