COLUMBIA VALLEY AVA Along with fruit from our estate, the 2017 Cabernet Franc was sourced from the coveted Dineen and Stillwater Creek vineyards. After being aged  in 40% new oak, firm tannin structure along with intense notes of black currant, cocoa powder, and green bell peppers are present. We recommend decanting the bottle for an hour, and enjoying with roasted chicken and herbed crème fraîche.
